Bradley Kirschner PC is a limited service Certified Public Accounting firm providing highly personalized service to the entrepreneur, individuals with complex tax issues, Canadians living in or doing business in the United States, Americans living in or doing business in Canada, other emigrants or immigrants, and those with estate planning and tax compliance needs. Bradley Kirschner PC is the current expression of the firm founded in 1991.
Because it’s more than just money. The core value of the firm is that all financial decisions involve issues other than money, and success requires that those values be recognized and integrated into any plan or business venture. Those values include issues such as personal career goals, family needs, lifelong ideals or retirement
The firm is a “limited service” firm in that it does not provide financial statement audit services. It is heavily tax oriented, recognizing that every business decision is a tax decision–with the decision being made by the taxpayer, or by the taxing authorities where the taxpayer fails to make the decision.
The firm is Washington Professional Corporation licensed by the Washington State Board of Accountancy. The sole owner and the sole professional employee is Bradley Kirschner, a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Washington State Board of Accountancy, and a Chartered Accountant designated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, Canada. Paraprofessional staff support is provided by accounting students from Seattle Pacific University. The benefit of this arrangement is that all work is performed by one uniquely qualified individual, and not delegated to a staff person who may not know the complex personal, financial or tax issues that are involved. The detriment of this arrangement is that there is only so much of one individual to go around, and sometimes a response must be deferred due to other workload demands, or handled by telephone when away from the office.
Bradley Kirschner PC is a value driven firm. The firm insists that the client receive value from the services provided, and that the firm not only find the work financial rewarding, but also personally, professionally and intellectually challenging. This goal is sometimes challenging when some of the work is legally mandated routine tax compliance work.
The goal of the firm is an ongoing professional relationship with its clients–one that lasts beyond the current year. Relationships don’t just happen–they are built. It is important for both the professional and the potential client to assess the basis for an ongoing relationship. Therefore the first one-half hour with a potential client is without charge.
