Contract Staff
Contract staff are not employees of the firm, but are local Seattle area professionals who also offer their services to the public. On an as-needed basis, they will function as the Firm's staff to provide additional expertise to respond to a clients needs. The advantage of contract staff is that they add incremental technical expertise and capacity to the Firm before it is feasible to add an addition professional to the permanent staff. For the contract staff person, it provides additional income and the opportunity to work with other professionals. For the Client of the Firm, the use of contract staff means they are still dealing with only one firm, and this Firm assumes responsibility for the work performed by the contract staff
