In response to the human disaster in Haiti, Congress passed and the President signed legislation that allows charitable contribution deduction in 2009 for contributions made before March 1, 2010 for relief operations in Haiti.  As the disaster occurred after my annual tax organizer package was mailed, please let me know if you made such contributions.
