Bradley W. Kirschner


Bradley W. Kirschner (Brad to friends, family and clients) is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington and a Chartered Accountant in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.  Brad has served as a Tax Manager for Price Waterhouse in its San Francisco, Sacramento and Seattle offices, for Moss Adams in its Eugene office, for Rainier Bank’s Trust Division and for Laird Norton Trust Company.  He has been a principal in his own firm as well as the firm of Francis & Kirschner PLLC prior to forming the current firm in 2003. Brad received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Chico. 

Brad is married to Jo, his wife of 43 years, has two adult children, Mark Kirschner and Meredith Campbell, and  has two grandchildren Connor and Caleb Campbell. 

 

Brad’s interests outside of his professional practice are cooking, photography, world travel, home improvement design & construction, working with and advocacy for the homeless and working poor, and his Church.

    Among the alphabet soup of credentials that follow my name, your will sometimes see the initials TEP, meaning that I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.  While this organization is not widely known in the United States, it is the premier certifying the professional competence in trust and estate matters in Canada, the United Kingdom and many other countries.  The emphasis of members in the United States and the Seattle chapter are international and cross border issues.

  • St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, Bellevue, WA - Monthly chef and host for the weekly hot meals program for the homeless and working poor. Click to read a related Seattle Times article. After ten years, I retired from cooking in June 2005.
  • Chief Seattle Club - This non-profit organization provides a sacred space to nurture, affirm and renew the spirit of urban Native Peoples.  I wash dishes each Friday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, and then  provide professional accounting assistance for the rest of Friday morning.  I also serve as the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees.  Click here for their website.
